Project Management

KDM works with their clients to offer ways of implementing services that best suit their immediate needs, budgetary concerns and/or required timelines. Each archive project has a dedicated Account Manager assigned to:

Manage the project from start to finish

Define procedures that will work best for the client

Provide continuous work in process reporting

Track physical data

The following aspects of KDM's service can be utilized:

Capture of stack data
for the most effective means of quick analysis and review for large data-sets;

Prioritized archival of core areas
, (the most frequently used data in exploration), delivers the benefits of online access to critical data sets;

Historical archive
with end to end project management scheduled into available capacity at KDM's Facilities. Data is prioritized and scheduled to daily, weekly and monthly targets. This leverages the value of your company's entire asset for exploration and divestiture within targeted timeframes or budgetary periods; and

New data archiving
is the process of receiving and capturing newly acquired data with priority given to prompt delivery to processors.
